The application forms for the festival have to be sent to Hendaver@gmail.com on 28th February 2011 latest.
The films for the festival have to be sent to the address below and have to
be delivered on 15th April 2011 latest. The films have to be sent in 10
copies on DVDs in packages, the dialogue lines have to be sent to
Hendaver@gmail.com.
Rules of enrollment of a film for the Mental Power Prague Film Festival:
- Any private person or any organization can enroll an unlimited number of films for the Mental Power Prague Film Festival.
- Only people with a mental or combined handicap can act in the films. The others can only perform in minor scenes which do not carry the plot.
- The length of each film is up to 30 minutes.
- The producers of the films have the entire responsibility of their contents. The copyrights towards the OSA within the scope of the Mental Power Prague Film Festival are passed on its organizers. However, this statement does not apply outside the Mental Power Prague Film Festival!
