The aim of the festival
The aim of the festival is:
- to create such conditions and environment that are typical for film festivals of professional actors
- to enable handicapped people to experience ceremonial and noble moments among people without any handicap
- to show healthy people that these people are totally equal to them in the artistic creation and perception
- to convince the general public of this ability of theirs and convince handicapped people that they have an equal and solid position in the society in the terms of arts
